Willie W. Mitchell, Jr.
Co-Founder and Officer Master of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computers.
Willie has over 30 years of experience in education across both secondary and collegiate levels. He has served in diverse leadership roles, including director, coordinator, instructor, and department chair. His journey has been rooted in a passion for empowering others through education, leadership development, and meaningful connections.
Dr. Sheila M. Mitchell.
Co-Founder and Officer Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Sheila has over 30 years of expertise in manufacturing, healthcare, and utilities, successfully working in technical and managerial roles to deliver impactful results through process improvements, business practices, coaching, teaching, and mentoring. She specializes in driving organizational transformation as a Prosci-certified change management practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Willie and Sheila are certified to provide the Maxwell Method of facilitating, speaking, coaching, training, and DISC Behavioral Analysis.
